FAQ
Straight answers, no runaround
If your question isn't here, call or text us — we'd rather tell you up front than surprise you on the day.
- How much does junk removal cost?
- Pricing depends on volume, the type of items, how accessible they are, the labor involved and disposal requirements. A basement full of boxes on a walk-out level costs less than the same volume carried up three flights. Send photos and we'll give you an upfront number before anyone shows up.
- Can you clear a property within 24 hours?
- Expedited cleanouts are often available depending on our schedule, the size of the job and the property's location. We'll confirm availability when we send your estimate — we don't promise a window we can't staff.
- Do I have to be at the property?
- No. Remote cleanouts are common for foreclosures, estates and rental turnovers. We coordinate access with a lockbox, agent or property manager and send before/after photos when the job is finished.
- Can I send pictures for an estimate?
- Yes — that's the fastest way. Snap a few photos of what needs to go, tell us the property address, and we'll come back with an estimate. No appointment required.
- Do you handle foreclosure properties?
- Yes. Foreclosure and REO cleanouts are one of our specialties: furniture, trash, appliances, garage, basement, attic and exterior debris, plus a final sweep-out.
- Do you work with landlords?
- Yes. Landlords, property managers and apartment communities can apply for our Property Partner program for priority scheduling, multi-property service and invoice-ready jobs.
- Do you remove appliances?
- Yes, subject to item and location restrictions. Refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves and water heaters are routine; a few items need special handling or have disposal fees, which we'll flag in your estimate.
- Can you clean out an entire house?
- Yes. Full property cleanouts from basement to attic — including garage, shed and exterior debris — are a normal day for us.
- Do you clean sheds?
- Yes. We clear tools, equipment, lawn gear, chemicals-permitting debris and years of accumulated storage out of sheds and outbuildings.
- What areas do you service?
- Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County and Anne Arundel County. Nearby Maryland areas are considered based on availability — check your ZIP code or just ask.
